I found this totally cool trick on how to make a pseudo stacking shelf FREE (I love that word :0)- perfect for binders, homework, folders, etc. Joy from Joy of Teaching teaches us exactly how to make this awesome shelf in really simple terms (which is good for me because I am definitely creatively challenged :0)
Turn this ordinary box:
into this completely useable shelf -->
Talk about re-using at its best......Plus, this would be a great activity to do with your class come Earth Day time. I plan to do this with my class. I'll do the cutting (in case you were wondering :0) and they will help e decorate our new shelf! I could see older kids participating in putting it together!
Thanks Joy for this superb idea!!
